In olive trees, sandy beach 300m - Koutimou

Alone amongst olive and orange groves yet 300m from a beach and the beautiful and very interesting village, Koutimou is special and full of character. Views are 360° from the roof terrace & bedrooms. Hill walks start right behind the house. Shade in the large garden comes from our olive trees (+hammock) and the verandah + swing seat. Inside it is well equipped and comfortable (charming, NOT smart!). Good WiFi. No TV. 5 minute walk to beautiful Plomari centre and harbour. Parking (NOT EASY).

Alibey (Cunda) adasında bulunan evimiz ada mimarisine uygun olarak dizayn edilmiştir. Konaklayacağınız Krete(Girit) giriş katında salon, mutfak ve üst katta banyoları ayrı olan iki adet yatak odası bulunan villa tipindedir. Odalarımızda bulunan yataklarımız ihtiyaca uygun olarak tek ve çift kişilik olarak ayarlanabilmektedir. Sıcak su termosifon ile sağlanmaktadır. Evimizde klima ve televizyon mevcuttur. Merkezi lokasyondadır. Evimize yakın ve tek araç için tahsisli otopark bulunmaktadır

It is fully equipped (modern devices, WiFi, comfortable furniture, classy pieces and beautiful paintings) and has a spectacular view of the sea and the picturesque village with the medieval castle and harbour. The welcoming atmosphere and the wide balconies guarantee relaxing and unique holidays, with your family, friends or loved ones. The house will be fully at your disposal and you will have your privacy.
