A bakery, an ice cream parlor and fish restaurants are nearby and other shops (pharmacy, bars, supermarket) are a few minutes walk away. Castelldefels is a good place to go if you are dreaming of vacations at sea. It is a great place for kiters and windsurfers. It is easily accessible by bus and train, and only 20 minutes from the airport. The city gives the opportunity to eat well, relax, especially if you are traveling with the family. It is also a perfect place as a base to visit Barcelona too-there are two buses that take you directly to the center of Barcelona in 45 minutes.
