There is a large pool and patio with lounge chairs, hammocks, outside bathroom and shower- shared only with guests staying in our suites. No day pass! What used to be Desperado’s Restaurant next door is now an extension of El Escondite guest space- enjoy private beach access and a second floor terrace with tables and hammocks overlooking the ocean.

This is an adult oriented property intended to relax. The Gatehouse is ideal for longer-term stays or working vacations, but works well for a week get a way.

September to November is sea turtle nesting season and there are various surf breaks within walking distance.
