Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

Suchen Sie ein einzigartiges Urlaubserlebnis? Dann wartet diese charmante Unterkunft im ehemaligen Bauernhaus auf Sie! Vom Dorf führt ein steiler Fussweg innert ca. 8 Minuten zum Haus. Die Zufahrt mit dem Auto ist nicht möglich. Dafür können Sie bei Schnee mit dem Schlitten oder Skis vom Dorf direkt vors Haus fahren. Situé dans un cadre paisible, parfait pour se ressourcer pleinement tout en profitant des nombreuses activités et balades de la région. À quelques pas du logement : une épicerie et une boulangerie.

Paradis cocoon et paysage de rêve

On l'a construite pour nous avec coeur, cette petite maison. Elle se trouve à proximité de notre maison d'habitation, mais elle bénéficie d'une vue dégagée et préserve votre intimité. Vous allez vous sentir chez vous. On rêve en regardant la vue, la course du soleil, sur une des terrasses ou au coin du feu. Pour déconnecter, découvrir la Gruyère, s'isoler pour télétravailler, s'évader en amoureux... Le plus difficile est d'en repartir. En JUILLET et en AOUT, locations du samedi au samedi. 😊

Idéal pour les amoureux de la nature, cet endroit sera votre point de départ pour de magnifiques balades à pieds, vélo. Les remontées mécaniques ou bains thermaux se trouvent à 5 mins en voiture.

Privater Eingang im Parterre des Hauses, inkl. Parkplatz und Gartensitzplatz - Ländliche Umgebung. Im winter empfehlen wir Anreise nur Autos mit 4WD wegen schnee!! 20 min WALK from St Niklaus station(up & Downhill -waydirection see in our profile!) NO TAXI OR BUS FROM THE TRAINSTATION!! Gemütliches Chalet an einem Bächlein mit wunderbarer Bergsicht. Gartenplatz mit Grill und Terrasse. Sandkasten für Kinder. Abstellplatz für 2 Autos. Zentrale Lage. Bahnhof, Bergbahnen und Einkaufsmöglichkeit zu Fuss erreichbar. Mieter des Hauses dürfen die Angebote der Gstaadcard buchen. Das Haus verfügt über keine Zentralheizung, der Kamin wird mit Holz eingefeuert. Klappt wunderbar!
