Just off the Pacific Highway, the cottage is 20 mins to Raymond Terrace & Medowie, 30 mins to Hawkes Nest beaches, 30 mins to Newcastle Airport (Williamtown), 45 mins to Nelson Bay or Newcastle, 1 hour to the Hunter Valley and 2.5 hours to Sydney. There is plenty of parking space for a boat, caravan or trailer and a fenced yard and kennel for pets.
