The place is split over three floors connected by a spiral staircase with private patio area that enjoys afternoon sun. The basement level provides a spacious lounge/dining space with a door which leads out to a small rear private patio area. On the upper bedroom floor there is a king size bed with doors opening to a Juliet balcony.
