The interior retains the original features such as bread ovens, inglenook and beamed ceilings and is full of charm, but it has all the comforts of a modern fully equipped kitchen and stylish bathrooms. This is a perfect escape for families, couples and friends. The cottage comes with a free car pass for Putsborough Sands.

Broadeford Barn is a lovely spacious barn conversion close to the beautiful north Devon coast and excellently located for guests to enjoy the exceptional beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton. There is a large family bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a chair bed with adjacent bathroom. Downstairs there is underfloor heating in the well equipped open plan living room and kitchen. The accommodation is dog friendly with a dedicated field nearby for dog walking & exercising.

Skirr Cottage was the home of the acclaimed writer Henry Williamson who is best known as the author of Tarka the Otter. With its pretty whitewashed exterior the cottage is set next to a trickling stream next to the historic Norman church of St. George in the heart of Georgeham village. Putsborough surfing beach is a 25 minute walk via fields or via a lane. or 5 minute drive. The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving gastro pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

We designed Bay Tree Cottage to be a home away from home, with plenty of special touches that make it a place you’ll remember. Set in the private, landscaped grounds of Willingcott Valley, summer guests (June to Sept) will also have access to the heated outdoor swimming pool.

Harbour Beach is a delightful grade II listed house situated in one of the town’s most sought after locations. Sitting adjacent to the picturesque harbour just off the working quay and close to the pier, the property enjoys wonderful views over the harbour towards Hillsborough and across to the Bristol Channel and Welsh coastline. The house is a short stroll to various shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs. A little further on , you can visit Croyde and Woolacombe.

Jasmine cottage forms part of a courtyard of 9 holiday cottages, converted from original farm buildings. It is set in large grounds, with games room, tennis court and grassy areas to walk your dog on lead. At certain times of year there is an enclosed grass paddock to walk dogs off lead but this cannot be guaranteed, as it is occasionally used for grazing horses. The cottage is a short drive to the beautiful Woolacombe Beach and the harbour town of Ilfracombe.

Sitting in prime position on the coastal path on the quiet side of the harbour, the cottage overlooks the beach and lifeboat station. Manor Cottage is a traditional home with modern features and a very well equipped kitchen. Garage parking included.
