I am so excited to share my beautiful house with you, located in the Bates Hendricks neighborhood of Indy. Close to Fountain Square, Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse and lots more fun. The house has 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 ensuite. There is a lounge upstairs with a comfy leather futon for more sleeping room. Off that is a beautiful roof deck with gas BBQ, firepit and dining for 6+. There is a fold out single cot and a fold out queen mattress available. Full kitchen, smart tv, washer/dryer, private security system and all the basics are all with this secluded home.

This newly renovated duplex bungalow is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath house that has all of the charm and special details of a historic home yet has all of the amenities you could want. This house is within walking distance to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and all of the other restaurants and attractions in Speedway and just minutes from downtown Indianapolis. There is free street parking.
