Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

Be aware of the stairs & enjoy the most beautiful city in the heart of Italy!

The presence of very sweet and sociable furry friends, who live in the large green space around the house, allows you to experience the purest love for life. Located 10 minutes from the historic center of Perugia, it is in a strategic position to reach the main tourist destinations of Umbria, such as Assisi, Spello, Gubbio, Lake Trasimeno.

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with double sofa bed, one double bedroom + one single bed on request, one single or twin or double bedroom, a bathroom, a shower room, a private garden with porch equipped for outdoor meals. Is possible to add single bed or baby bed. Dogs are welcome, not cats.
