Come home after a busy day to relax in this authentic and tranquil Kolonaki apartment. It is a beautiful and generous apartment with great attention to detail. You will enjoy the unique furnishings, the wooden parquets floors, the modern bathroom, well equipped kitchen and a balcony that shows into a quiet court yard. Die schöne, grosszügige Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Wohnhauses mit Ausrichtung auf einen ruhigen Innenhof. Die Wohnung ist durch einen offenen Grundriss gekennzeichnet (Eingang, Ess- und Wohnzimmer sind ein Raum). Die Wohnung verfügt über ein separates Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, welche auch zu einem Doppelbett zusammengefügt werden können. Vom Schlafzimmer gelangt man auch auf den Balkon. Das Badezimmer mit Badewanne ist sehr sauber und modern. Es gibt ebenfalls ein separates Gäste-WC, eine Garderobe und viele Einbauschränke mit viel Stauraum. Die Küche ist grosszügig und hervorragend ausgestattet. Ausserdem werden Sie die hohen Räume und schönen Parkette bestimmt geniessen. Die Kosten für Heizung, Wasserverbrauch, Elektrizität, lokale Anrufe aufs Festnetz sowie WiFi sind im Preis inbegriffen. Internationale Anrufe und Anrufe auf Mobiltelefone sind blockiert. Frische Bettwäsche und Badezimmertücher werden einmal pro Woche zur Verfügung gestellt. Ausstattung: - Airconditioning (kalt und warm) in Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer - Telefon, unlimitierte Festnetz Inlandanrufe inbegriffen - Wi-Fi / WLAN - flat screen TV - individueller Boiler im Badezimmer - Haartrockner - Waschmaschine / Tumbler - Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett - Staubsauger - Grosser Kühlschrank mit separatem Tiefkühlfach - Elektrisches Kochfeld - Mikrowelle - Geschirrspüler - Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher - Mixer Frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden einmal pro Woche zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Waschmaschine und Tumbler stehen Ihnen zum Gebrauch zur Verfügung. Vor Ihrer Ankunft erhalten Sie per E-Mail einen Mietvertrag auf Englisch (zwecks Steuererklärung) zur Unterschrift. Für den Mietvertrag werde ich Ihren vollen Namen, Nationalität und Passnummer benötigen. Bei Ihrer Ankunft werden Sie mit dem Schlüssel eine Inventarliste zur Unterschrift erhalten. Bei Aufenthalten die länger dauern als 6 Monate, besteht die Möglichkeit auf Wunsch ausgehende, internationale Anrufe und Anrufe auf Mobiltelefone zu entsperren. In diesem Fall werde ich eine Barhinterlegung für die Anrufe verlangen, welche nach der Abreise nach Abrechnung zurückerstattet wird. Für Ankünfte frühmorgens und spätabends nach 20.00 Uhr werden zusätzlich 25 Euros Bar verlangt (30 Euros nach Mitternacht). Kolonaki befindet sich im Herzen Athens. Es ist der extravagante, stylische und elegante Teil der Stadt, umgeben von Botschaften, schönen Boutiquen und Shoppingmöglichkeiten aller Art. Von Cafés und Bars über wunderbare Museen finden Sie hier bestimmt alles wovon Sie träumen. Kolonaki ist ein sehr angenehmes und sicheres Quartier. Verpassen Sie nicht die Museen, einen Ausflug auf den Lykabethus oder einen Spaziergang durch den königlichen Botanischen Garten. Sie könnten nicht besser gelegen sein: Die Metrostation Evangelismos (mit einer direkten Linie zum und vom Flughafen) ist zu Fuss in 3min erreichbar. Syntagma und Plaka sind in 10min zu Fuss erreichbar und es gibt mehrere Buslinien die von der Parallelstrasse Leoforos Vasilissis Sofias fahren. Our guest apartment is absolutely brand new, transformed from an old typography workshop to a sophisticated design space. The furniture was created by hand using local and eco-friendly materials or renovated old pieces. There is a King size bed with super comfortable mattress and premium quality pillows, a work desk with a library, a sofa that turns into a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The large industrial style windows open directly space to the veranda where our guest could enjoy their lunch or relax to the deck chairs with an unrestricted view to a central soothing square In spacious bathroom, you will find a big shower and a storage space with many extra amenities and comfort facilities like washing machine, hairdryer, first aid kit and toweling. The space has high-speed internet and is designed to be accessible for persons with special needs. Every space or supplies in my property are available to use. I allow a flexible arrival time best for my guests and also I m accessible frequently because of living and working in the neighborhood. But I prefer to respect your privacy so I let you know to contact me (sms, mail, phone) if you have any request or concerns. Also there is available a unique guide with various info’s and many tips for the city in order to facilitate you to self-manage your needs and discover the “genius loci” of the place. The apartment lies in the neighborhood of Psiri, one of the oldest districts of Athens around the rock of Acropolis. It’s on a quiet street next to a pedestrian area, with small squares where people gather to eat or shop from artisans or collectors. Walking distance (3-4 minutes) by metro stations of lines Monastiraki (line 1 & 3) and Thissio (line 1). Monastiraki station has a direct connection to the airport and to the Piraeus Port too. Using metro or by car/taxi arrive at the Larisis Train Station to central and northern Greece. Parking using a low-cost card or at private parking to the next block by a daily fee (starting from 5€) Don’t hesitate to ask information about current cultural and social events around the city during your stay. Also I m a young mom and I can share with other moms many facilities for feeding, sleeping or creative play for newborns and kids.
