The Ecusta Trail House is a rustic two bed one bath house built originally as a flower barn, and has since been fully renovated into a comfy vacation home. You will have the entire upstairs to yourself, the space below you is storage space. Our place is just 1.5 miles from down town Hendersonville, 40 minutes to downtown Asheville, and just 20-30 minutes to Brevard, Pisgah National Forest and DuPont State forest. The Ecusta Greenway is just a 5 minute walk from the house. Great central location!

Located within the Village of Historic Flat Rock, Tanglewood is a rare gem of Flat Rock history. Nestled on four wooded acres it is an authentic yet modernized log home. Peaceful and lovely. Within 45 minutes of 67 summer camps, 3.5 miles from downtown Hendersonville.

Spend the evening relaxing on the front porch, or take an easy drive or Uber into downtown Hendersonville for a little more excitement. It is within walking distance of historic down town Hendersonville, Main Street and a short driving distance to the Asheville area. Take a short walk to a local coffee shop on 5th Avenue “Southern streams coffeehouse”. Also enjoy the patio area and fire pit. We are just one block away from the Ecusta trail that is open for walking/ biking!
