Eco self contained cottage in a garden.

This mini 1 bedroom house was our trial run in building our main home using passive house principles. We are approx 1 km from the centre of Westbury in a rural location. (You may be lucky enough to sight some of our local wildlife during your stay! ) The cottage is suitable for a couple, however the extra single bed does enable some flexibility for guests.(i.e. if you wish to use both beds, please book for 3 people.) We provide a library of information about sustainability for guest perusal.

Renovated 1920 character cottage in Launceston City. This cottage is located only a block away from the City Park, AFL Football Stadium and Inveresk Precinct (home of the Museum). Easy walk to Launceston CBD and Farmers Market. Directly opposite the cottage is the North Esk riverbank walkway that leads to the Seaport and then onto the Cataract Gorge. This cottage has been recently renovated. It has two bedrooms both with queen beds, open plan living area, modern bathroom and laundry.

A secluded, self contained, bush retreat, located close to all the good things Tasmania has to offer. On 55 acres of bushland, teeming with wildlife, yet only 7kms from Deloraine – on the way to Cradle Mountain, and 45 minutes to either the Devonport Ferry, or Launceston Airport.
