This guesthouse was newly-built in 2024 with comfortable amenities ( e.g indoor WC and shower). It is located in the middle of old-growth forests, in a private bay & a calm lake with sunset view. A place, is meant to “adopt the pace of nature”, offers real retreat from hectic life. The rate includes use of hot tub, SUP board, and rowing boat (May to October). Two terraces for your own use: one with roof cover for BBQ and summer kitchen; the second is for hot tub, fireplace, hammock and fishing.

2024 valmistunut 4hlön saunamökki upean kosken varrella. Rauhoittavat koskimaisemat takaavat rentouttavan vierailun Koskenrannan Helmessä. Mökki soveltuu hyvin rentoutumiseen, kalastamiseen tai vaikka veneilyyn. Mökin isossa saunassa voit ihailla virtaavaa vettä, virkistäytyminen onnistuu helposti aina avoimena pysyvässä koskessa tai ulkoporealtaassa. Mökissä on 1 makuuhuone ja vuodesohva, majoitus 4hlö. Kodikas talo (85 m2) rauhallisella maaseudulla. Huoneita 2 + parvi + alkovi. (tilava olohuone/keittiö ja makuuhuone parvella ja alkovilla). Omistaja asuu samassa pihapiirissä. Ulkoporeallas lisämaksusta, kysy lisää varauksen yhteydessä. Ilmainen Wifi, 2 ilmalämpöpumppua, lattialämitys, takka. Koko laaja kaunis pihapiirimme on käytettävissä, 2 patiota, 2 pöytäryhmää ja aurinkopedit. Vieraidemme käytettävissä on myös 2 sup-lautaa, soutuvene, myöskin erikokoisia pelastusliivejä on tarjolla.

Beautiful holiday home by the lake

This beautiful holiday villa is located in middle of Finland 58km from Jyväskylä. The downstairs apartment of this semi-detached house is all in your use with the big garden area and the beach. My dad lives in the separate upstairs apartment and will help you if needed but you also have full privacy. The popular national park of Konnevesi and the best fishing possibilities in southern Finland are just nearby. You can rent the outside jacuzzi and summer time the beach house separately.

Tervetuloa nauttimaan rauhallisesta oleilusta Saraaveden äärelle Laukaaseen. Käytössäsi on Ranta Villa 35m2, joka sisältää makuutilat neljälle, perinteisen suomalaisen puusaunan ja ulkoporeammeen. Isolla terassilla on kesäkeittiö. Laiturilta voit pulahtaa uimaan ja talvella laiturin päässä on hurjemmille uimareille avanto. Parhaiten kohde käy pariskunnille, ystävyksille tai lapsiperheille (1-2 lasta). Ranta Villa sijaitsee rannalla päätalon läheisyydessä, silti omassa rauhassaan.

Villa Salmi, 10 hlön huvila, 10 km Himokselta

Vuokrataan Villa Salmea Jämsän Jokisuulta Päijänne järvi näkymin. Rauhallinen sijainti. Nukkumapaikat 10 hlö:lle. Kohteessa kaikki perusmukavuudet lisäksi sauna, kylpytynnyri, iso katettu terassi, kuivauskaappi, viinikaappi, kattava astiasto ja kaasugrilli. Etäisyys Himokselle 10 km ja etäisyys järvelle 300 metriä. Varaus pitää sisällään liinavaatteet, pyyhkeet ja kylpytynnyrin käytön ilman lisämaksua. Vasta tehty uusi ranta hiekkapohjalla sekä remontoitu rantasauna paljuineen löytyy myös rannalta. Paikka sijaitsee Kärkkäälässä, liesveden rannassa. Hankasalmen ja Konneveden rajoilla. Jyväskylä noin 70km päässä, Kuopioon 120km. Hankasalmelle matkaa noin 25km ja Konneveden keskustaan n.15km.
