Walk to wineries from an atmospheric old stone house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Enjoy a house featuring a tasteful blend of original details and modern architectural features. Wake up to rooftop views, then take a sunny stroll to the picturesque 11th-century church and medieval castle, or venture further to walk the tracks amongst the vineyards. PLEASE NOTE: The property is not to be used for parties. Neighbours have been instructed notify local authorities if they experience loud noise or disruption to this quiet pocket of the village. An exclusive house in the very heart of one of France most famous wine village. All the comfort of a stylish contemporary home with the charm of an old village house. Relax in a very private courtyard with a pool, 3 sun decks with partly shaded areas or entertain friends and family around the BBQ area. The interior features a spacious open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and lounge. The first floor comprise a guests bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom and toilet and a kids dorm sleeping 6. A foldable baby cot is also available in the house. On the second floor is a luxurious loft retreat with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a separate toilet and a spacious private terrace overlooking the village and the valley with views of the Mont Ventoux. The house is decorated simply with vintage furniture and quirky pieces. The entire house and studio (depending on the number of guests). My family lives close by and is available to assist our guests with any issue. Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. From the sound of the church bells marking the hour to taking a stroll to the bakery for fresh croissants at breakfast time, soak up village life. We recommend having your own vehicle (car, motorcycle or bicycle) to take full advantage of the place and its surroundings Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic Provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. The house provides a great base to explore the greater region and places like Avignon, Arles, the Luberon, Mount Ventoux, etc.

Stone Cottage in Grounds of a 16th-Century Castle

The cottage sits on the grounds of a castle dating back to 1543 offering an authentic stay. The interior retains a decor that matches the historic charm of the area with modern comforts added and a shared pool in the stunning gardens outside. This is our smallest cottage and cannot take an additional bed or cot. The other cottages are all larger and can do this. All 3 cottages can be rented separately or together. They are in the grounds of a 16th century castle with beautiful gardens and large swimming pool enclosed by stone walls. The lower salon and summer kitchen in the main chateau is available to share. Access is by the side garden gate and all cottages are accessed by stone steps- sadly not suitable for wheelchairs. We will most likely be present living in the main Chateau and available to help and advise about restaurants and things to do in the area. We will share the pool and gardens. The old village is in a beautiful part of France that is has retained its iconic beauty through the centuries and still feels untouched by modern life in many places. Experience true local dining and bakeries with scenic walking trails all around. parking is in the church square below the Chateau. There is a local taxi service in the village and bus service to Avignon, Banyols sur Ceze and Uzes but car hire is recommended. We are 20 minutes from Avignon TGV rail station and about an hour from Marseille, Nimes or Montpellier airports. The cottages are completely private and tranquil.

Havre de paix dans ce mas de village du 19ème siècle. Le charme des vieilles pierres et du bois. Détente et confort dans cette maison située au coeur du village dans une rue très calme avec le doux chant des oiseaux. Logement entier avec piscine privée, non partagée à eau salée. Située à 20mn du Pont du Gard, de la rivière Colias, du Festival d'Avignon et des cascades du Sautadet dans le village de La Roque sur Cèze. A 30mn de la jolie ville d'Uzès et 40mn de Nîmes.

Situé dans le cœur d'un village au bord des garrigues, proche du pont du Gard (15mn gare TGV Nîmes Pont du Gard, 20mn des Arènes de Nîmes, 25mn Uzès, 45mn camargue et plages). Accès à la piscine des propriétaires de début Mai à fin Septembre.

There is easy access to the beaches, and the famous ‘ Camargue’ region. We are minutes from a beautiful pine forest and surrounded by vineyards. It's a great place for walking, biking and hiking and ideally situated for sightseeing.

Stone villa with pool, only 5mn drive to town

Authentic Provencal villa in stone with modern confort. Ideal location, it is only 5mn drive to Avignon center or 25mn by foot. The area is very calm. There is a 20 meter square terace, a big living space, 3 bedrooms, garden and swiming pool. We open the pool May 1st, and close it November 1st. The pool is to share with us, only one other villa and we do not invade your space : )
