Diese hat einen separaten Eingang, direkten Zugang zur Terrasse und besteht aus einem großen Raum mit Wohn-, Schlaf- und Küchenbereich und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette. Das Rauchen ist in der FeWo und im Außenbereich nicht erstattet.

Jomas str. is the heart of Majori. Street is lined on both sides by wooden cottages and art nouveau bildings which are cafes, restaurants & shops. Juras str. is the last street you’ll see before reaching the beach. Flanked by restored 19th- and 20th-century wooden houses.
