You access the garage through an automatic door with a remote control that we will provide you as soon as you get home :) In addition to the independent access to the attic through the exterior staircase, you will find the door that connects with the private garden where you can enjoy comfortable chairs and the outdoor shower to cool off. The environment is calm and within the historical centre of Tacoronte, a small town in the the north of the Tenerife island. At 10 minutes driving it is the beach and natural pool of Mesa del Mar and other small towns. From the penthouse you have easy access to the north motorway (TF5) to quickly visit the rest of the island. If you do not have a car, there are several bus lines in the neighborhood. Amplio piso ideal para una familia o grupo de amigos, muy bien iluminada, con ventanas hacia el exterior en todas las estancias. esta muy cerca de las conexiones con las principales autopistas de la isla, se encuentra ubicada en uno de los barrios mas antiguos de la ciudad. No está situado en el casco histórico de San Cristóbal de la Laguna. Pero se puede llegar hasta él en muy poco tiempo si llevas coche, a diez minutos estás en el centro. Cerca del piso tienen dos centros comerciales.

Se encuentra junto a la carretera principal junto a la parada de autobús, pero sin verse comprometida la privacidad y tranquilidad del mismo.
