Texas Bunkhouse at Bluegill lake Cabins

Texas Bunkhouse is a cozy rustic cabin featuring a king bedroom and queen bedroom, two loft sleeping areas upstairs, one with two twin beds and other with two full beds. Enjoy a full kitchen with pots, pans, and dishes, a spacious bathroom, and a large comfy couch to rest. Outside features a wraparound covered porch, private hot tub, fire pit, charcoal grill, and comfortable lounge seating. Perfect for couples, families, or small groups looking to relax and enjoy a peaceful East Texas getaway.

Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

Nicely decorated with comfortable touches. Comes with a private patio deck and a waterfront dock with a covered boat slip. Please be sure to carefully read the directions section before your arrival. Lastly this is a lake front property, especially in the spring and summertime there can be a lot of flying insects.

Hidden Gem Cottages: Sapphire Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house has a king bed in the master with attached bath, a secondary bedroom with 2 queens, an additional hall bath and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It sits on a stocked pond with a fishing pier. You will have access to fish and relax at our catch and release pond. The outdoor space also includes a patio with gas grill, large front porch overlooking the pond, covered back porch overlooking woods and a fire pit.

Eight mikes away in Edom Tx is Blueberry Hill Farms U-Pick Blueberries and blackberries June & July each summer. Edom is known for the Artist in our town that craft their art in their stores. Relaxing Treehouse Getaway

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. This tree house is sitting on stilts among trees where a beautiful oak tree comes through the elevated outside dining patio area. The tree house is located on our 15 acres of wooded property with approx. 1 mile in walking trails in the woods on the property for exploring and observing wildlife. Our guests frequently notice our deer and other woodland creatures who share this space with us.
