Kotimme on uusi omakotitalo Kemijoen rannalla, 12 km Rovaniemeltä Kemin suuntaan. Talo on luonnonkauniilla, rauhallisella alueella. Kodissamme on kaikki nykyaikaiset tilat ja laitteet, automaattinen lämmitys ja ilmastointi. Sauna, kylpyhuone ja WC, ilmainen WIFI, pyykinpesu/kuivauskone, astianpesukone, induktioliesi/uuni, takka jne. Avoin terassi Kemijoen suuntaan. Kotimme on suurenmoinen erityisesti lapsiperheille. Tilava ja rauhallinen piha antaa lapsille mahdollisuuden ulkoiluun.

Siisti mökki Iijoen rannassa

Mökki sijaitsee omassa rauhassa Iijoen rannassa. Mökkiin mahtuu 1-3 hlo. Soutuvene, uinti -ja kalastusmahdollisuus. Ylirannan ratsutila 6 km, Iin keskusta 11 km. Mökissä takka ja erillinen puulämmitteinen sauna. Mökissä on hyvin varusteltu keittiö ja petivaatteet. Polttopuut sis. hintaan. Liinavaatteet lisähintaan 10€/hlö.Lemmikit sopimuksen mukaan 10 €/majoit. Palju tai ulkoporeallas lisähintaan 100€. Vuokraajan tulee tehdä loppusiivous. Tekemättömästä siivouksesta perimme 80€ .

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Lapissa Äkäslompolon kylän keskustassa sijaitseva saunallinen pieni mökkimme on oiva kohde yhdelle tai kahdelle hengelle. Mökin saunassa saat nauttia perinteisen puulämmitteisen saunan löylyistä. Kaikki kylän palvelut ovat kävellen tavoitettavissa ja bussit lentokentälle tai juna-asemalle lähtevät parin sadan metrin päästä läheisen hotellin pihalta. Authentic Finnish cabin, situated by a lake, in the privacy of a forest with no light pollution. Enjoy auroras with sauna, and a cold bath in the frozen lake Has electrical heating with a fireplace, BBQ building, unlimited warm water, Incinerating toilet You can reach the cabin via 10km of dirt road, (20km Rvn). Due to irregular road maintenance and unpredictable weather, a 4 wheel drive car is recommended. We can also offer transportation.

Garden Cottage 29 - Wood Heated Sauna & Parking

Our Garden Cottage is a cute cottage of 36 m2 + an attic for extra sleeping space. There is a wood heated sauna, a traditional stove and a small kitchen with basic utensils. We have a spacious garden and a private car parking. The Garden Cottage is located 2 km from the city centre of Rovaniemi, and 10 km from Rovaniemi airport and the Santa Claus Village.
