It is close to all that Lansing has to offer, 2 miles to the edge of MSU campus and 1 mile to downtown Lansing. 1st floor feels open and cozy with a pull-out sofa and large TV, open concept sitting room near the kitchen, full bathrooms on both the 1st and 2nd floor, queen bedroom on main floor, 2 more bedrooms upstairs w/ King and Full beds. And a nice front porch to relax.

Fast private wifi 6 and Ethernet are available (fiber optic:max download 1Gbs, upload 1Gbs) NO ANIMALS/PETS are allowing inside the studio: $1000 fine if you would bring it in. NO SMOKING of any kind are allowed. IF YOU Would smoke, you will be fine $500.

This house used to be my grandmothers but there is nothing old about it! You can't get closer to Sparrow unless you are in the hospital. Parking for two cars on sight, with cars 3 and 4 parking next door at no cost. Convenient travel to Michigan State University, the Lansing Convention Center, and the Michigan State Capitol, with the #1 bus line running every 15 minutes to all locations. Pets welcome pet fee 100$ Service Animals are free Your hosts are just a call or text away.

Reo Town River House

A beautiful old home in wonderful condition. The property is on the Grand River in the newly developed Reo Town area. The property accesses the Lansing River Trail and Moores River park. . 10 minutes to East Lansing and MSU campus. Full cable with all movie channels in main room. The river trail will take you to campus by bike in 20 minutes. PETS ARE WELCOME, I have a extra queen bed and a single bed in the basement. Not fancy but clean with a small small bathroom there.
