Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis within the upmarket, secure Waterfront Complex. An ideal base for people wanting to explore the surrounding West Coast area or simply relax on "our" beach - or at the nearby lagoon. This ground floor flatlet has parking for one sedan vehicle and a private entrance. Access to a magnificent beach is less than 100m from your door. There are steps to the beach. Ideal for 2 to 4 people. Not suitable for small children or people wanting to party.

This beautiful family home is perfectly situated within walking distance to the Shark Bay Hotel and a few doors away from the Farmhouse Hotel. The view is spectacular!
