Nynäshamn home with a viewThe upstairs area of my house is not used and thus being rent out. Access to some kitchen appliances but not a fully equipped kitchen. One room has a twin bed, the other has a single bed with an additional mattress for a fourth guest. The house lies on high ground close to the water tower, and the view from here is spectacular. Close to the port and city center. From the port you can catch a ferry to Gotland. Close to the bus and train station where you can go to Stockholm within the hour.

Enkel strandstuga vid FållnäsvikenEnkel gäststuga ca 16 kvm på liten ö nära fastlandet. Fiske, fågelskådning, naturreservat. Roddbåt ingår. Välfungerande wi-fi. Kokvrå med kokplatta, vattenkokare och kylväska. Två sängar, en vanlig turistsäng och en hopfällbar, båda från IKEA. Elradiator finns för kalla dagar. I separat stuga intill finns vedeldad bastu, dusch, miljötoalett och tvättmaskin. På ön strosar hästar och katter, så tyvärr kan vi inte ta emot allergiker.

Cozy near train, sea and ferryVery cosy, newly renovated (industry style) but quite small room. Located in the basement. Wi-fi of course and tea, coffee, water. If you want privacy you can enter through the garage. WC in the room and use of shower upstairs in the house. The bed is not a wide "doublebed" but a long bed so it sleeps two if feet towards each other ;) ! If on your way to Gotland you can easily stay with me as I live 1 trainstation and 1 minute by train from the Harbour (20 mns walk).
