Decking areas, outside the living space and bedroom give wonderful views of the countryside. You have sole use of the whole field with al fresco dining area,barbecue, swings,table tennis and its own hens!

From April to August, wander 50m down the road to a five-acre wildflower meadow with a Dartmoor stream and a collection of wild orchids & swathes of native wildflowers.

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day. There are local amenities in Totnes ( 2 miles) it is a lovely historic town with weekly markets, charming shops and delicious cream teas & coffee bars with delicious variety of cakes. Close enough to all major towns, 3 miles to Torquay & beaches, 2 miles Paignton & beaches, Exeter and Plymouth.
