Our place in West Bradford, a mile and a half from Clitheroe has great views, country walks, cycling and a restaurant a minute's walk away. Waddington, a mile down the road, has three pubs including the excellent Waddington Arms. You will love our cosy, compact cottage dating from the 1730's set in beautiful gardens. Fall asleep to the sounds of the babbling brook. A private patio overlooks the brook to fields. Pets are welcome. Note that due to its age, the door and original beam are low.

In the spacious lounge area is dining table and large sofa that can be mad, again an internet TV Outside is a patio area with table and chairs. With a private entrance and private parking for 3 cars and exclusive use of a large cottage garden that is fenced off for safety. The Studio consists of a living space with sofa bed, separate kitchen, downstairs toilet & shower room, and a large characterful bedroom upstairs with two single beds.
