Welcome to the historical Perth area. We hope you will enjoy your stay at our rural setting, close to amenities but surrounded by the sounds of the countryside. Our house has all the comforts of home with beautiful open vistas visible out each window. This property was deeded to the Motherwell family following the War of 1812, staying in their family name 100 years. The interior of the house is fully renovated with some exterior projects ongoing. HST included in our pricing.

This "rustic chic" home has been designed with your every comfort in mind. There will be no "roughing it" in this rural cottage, nestled in the beautiful Lanark Highlands. North Sky is a perfect getaway for everyone. In winter, we are close to the Snow Road snowmobile trails. In late winter, early spring - we are right in the middle of Maple Syrup country! 40 minutes west of Kanata, ON in Lanark Highlands, 20 kms west of Almonte. The Gate House is a renovated 150 year old log building with 2 single beds, in floor heating, bathroom with shower & kitchenette with hot plate, toaster oven, coffee maker, small fridge & microwave, dining & sitting area. We also have the Doll House which has a queen size bed, bathroom & an outdoor hot shower for $95 a night, it is heated & air conditioned. See my other listing. Enjoy the farm!

The entire front of the house is windows, looking out at the river and boasts a very well appointed kitchen, sauna and hot tub. This is a perfect getaway for up to 6 people. In the summer you can fish and swim right off the property. In the winter go from the fire pit to the sauna to the hot tub and if you’re really brave, cold plunge in the river! A true spa-like feel.

Waterfront cottage/chalet, 2.8km (2 miles) from the Ski Hilll, about a 4 minute drive. This is our first family cottage and we have worked hard to make it a welcoming family space for our guests. It is warm and cozy, clean and simple with all of the amenities guests might expect. The cottage is nestled in a quiet neighbourhood in Calabogie on the edge of the lake, to be enjoyed in both Summer and Winter, lake fun and winter activities await!
