Relax with the whole family or just two at our home nestled on 2+ private acres. 10 miles/20 mins from Mt Desert Island. Close enough to access Acadia Nat’l Park, Bar Harbor and Schoodic, but secluded enough to enjoy after the days activities. Enjoy private trails, nights by a fire pit, grilling on the deck or soak in a heated jet tub. 5 min. drive or quick bike ride to a local swimming pond, Lamoine Beach, or Lamoine State Park. 5 min. from groceries, shopping, restaurants, and LL Bean.

Schoodic Loft Cabin "The Roost" with Kayaks

Peace and quiet is what you’ll find, along with a gorgeous view. It’s a great place for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, grilling, fishing, and laying on the hammock. Relax with the whole family at this tranquil centrally located place to stay. Slowly unwind at this lovingly remodeled entire home. Enjoy a peaceful walk down the quiet family friendly street its nestled on, or quickly arrive at all the areas attractions. The house is located in Ellsworth Maine and although shops, restaurants, local lakes, Acadia National Park and area attractions are only a quick drive away, the home feels soothing, very safe, secluded and welcoming to all.

Waterfront Home on Tidal Falls

This brand new home on the waterfront in Hancock has a wooded view of the Tidal Falls. Sit on the wrap around deck and watch and listen to the tide rise and fall. Bald eagles, deer and seals are frequent visitors to the shoreline below the house. The owners are a retired couple who like to be comfortable so there are many features added with this in mind! We have asked not to have young children as guests because the deck drops off and could be dangerous for them.
