We are re-wilding the pastures on our former farm and you can enjoy nature with trails, wildlife and plenty of birds. Perfect for skiing, hiking. ice-skating and mountain biking We are at the base of Mount Mansfield, Vermont's tallest mountain and 5 minutes to Vermont's historic Long Trail. Just 20 minutes to Smugglers Notch Ski Resort and 5 minutes to Casey's Hill with sledding and a Nordic and cross-country ski track. We are located in Pleasant Valley, a Vermont scenic corridor.

Enjoy some time on the quiet side of the mountain, only 25 minutes from Stowe and Montpelier. Your more likely to hear song birds, owls, and coyotes here than traffic. Our tiny house was hand built by me from the ground up. Most of the interior pine was cut from our property and the stained glass work was created by me in my studio here next to our house. Eventually we will live in the tiny house but until that time we're sharing it with the world. We hope you'll enjoy it!

Our Cozy Condo is Ski-in Ski-out in the Nordland Building on the slopes at Smugglers Notch Resort. It is walking distance to the Village! In the warmer months enjoy exquisite hiking trails. The trails are meticulously maintained and appeal to all levels of hikers. The Resort has a world renowned disc golf course overlooking the mountains. Please note- all are welcome to use all resort amenities (including pools, hot tubs, and FunZone) with the purchase of a day pass.
