Située à Sainte-Rose, en côte sous le vent(totalement épargnée par les sargasses), dans un cadre verdoyant , équipé de tout le confort . Vous apprécierez l'entrée indépendante avec espace douchette pour les retours de plage, le jardin privatif avec bbq et transat, et pour vos moments de détente une terrasse couverte ombragée par un filet végétal et une petite piscine privative appelé ici "bac à punch" !

The property is located in the town of Ste Rose, in the north Basse-Terre close to the national park. It is a region of volcanic mountains, a place of hiking. The setting is magnificent on a site of 3200m2, raised with river. We live on the property which makes contact with our holiday makers easier.
