Casa Liakada is situated right in the heart of Gaios but in a quite neighbourhood with no central roads around. The traditional path from the house to the town takes only few meters to bring you to the vivid centre. The house enjoys views to the main port and it is about 100 m from the first beach. The open plan living space has a cosy sitting room, dining area and a well equipped kitchen. The accommodation provides also a wachine machine. Maid service is available twice per week.

Eίναι το τρίτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του N e ra d u house και περιβάλλεται από έναν υπεραιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.
