Experience lakeside living at our charming beach house. Nestled on the shores of Lake Winnipeg, this 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath retreat is the perfect blend of comfort and relaxation. Indulge in breathtaking views from the outdoor patio, steps away from the pristine public beach (note: the beach in front of the cottage is private property and is not owned by us). Inside, you'll find cozy accommodations, a fully equipped freshly renovated kitchen, and amenities including high-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TV.

TWO MINUTE WALK to the beach. After purchasing this lake home in 2024 we carefully renovated it. The kitchen, dining room and living room (with wood-burning fireplace) are open-concept. A large 3-season sunroom spans the front of the house. Each bedroom has fresh linens, down comforters and electric heat control. The back yard is private, well-treed and fully fenced, with a firepit. Sandy beaches, miles of walking trails and in winter, ice fishing. Our beach town is a perfect vacation spot!

The Greenwood Getaway

Whether you're into fishing, swimming, being cozy near the fire, or watching the stars from your wood-fired hot tub (it takes some work, but we promise it is worth it!), you can find your kind of fun at the Greenwood Getaway. We bought this cabin and renovated it to the way that our family would enjoy it most, and we've loved it so much that we can't help but want to share it with others. Our 3 bedroom cottage has large windows looking out towards the lake area offering beautiful year-round scenery. The front of the cottage includes a kitchen/dining room, living room, access to the screened-in sunroom and a three piece bathroom. The cottage has a furnace and is air conditioned.

This guest suite with a private entrance, is attached to our main house, where your hosting family lives. It's located in a quiet part of town tucked into the trees with a river and walking path across the street. It would be perfect if your travelling here for work or just need a relaxing getaway. This guest suite was once a chicken coop, now turned into a modern mid-century style house that we lovingly have called the Hobbit House because of it's low ceilings.

The Forest is your secluded, magical escape on 80 acres of private forest. Close (not too close) to Gimli, Manitoba down a long, private road. Waiting for you to restore and disconnect, enjoy the decks, walk the trails, or take in the healing medicine of the forest. Nestled in the spruce and aspen boreal forest, a woodstove, hammocks, fire pits, hiking trails, swimming pond, snowshoeing. And the vinyl collection. And As John Prine said we threw away the TV.
