This fully fenced in property is a perfect home base which many consider the best location around the lake. The cottage is right down the street from downtown Hawley, a short drive to Honesdale, restaurants, groceries, and breweries. Come enjoy hanging out on the patio with a nice fire, or take a drive to do a local activity. Enjoy the 4-Person Hot Tub, Game Shed, or take the Kayaks for an exploration.

Bring your boat and dock on our private dock or use our kayak. 3 rooms with king beds including Primary suite with ensuite bath, and 2 rooms with queen beds that have additional twin beds that pull out from underneath. The game room has a pool table, bar and 100 inch TV. Another 85 inch above the fireplace in the main living area. There's an outside patio with couches, dining area, Steam Sauna and a Firepit that overlooks the lake.
