The entire lower level of this luxury home, completed in 2019, offers direct lake access, a private spa, heated pool (summer only; spa year-round) and a dedicated private entry. A 5 minute stroll along the waterfront path to Hilton Hotel restaurants and bars. Central Queenstown's restaurants, bars, and shops are a 15-minute Water Taxi ride or 20-minute drive away. The shopping center and airport are just 5 minutes away. Parking for two vehicles provides direct access to the private lower level.
