Das Haus liegt am Ufer eines kleines Baches. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Strände, und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zahlreich und nah. Das Haus gilt als privater Unterkunft.

Es eignet sich auch für ein Homeoffice in einem klimatisierten Wohnzimmer Wenn man am Schreibtisch sitzt, kann man die Natur durch ein riesiges Reflexglas sehen. Das Ferienhaus ist selbst entworfen und gebaut. Es sind drei Fahrräder vorhanden, diese können gegen eine gesonderte Gebühr genutzt werden. Alle sind in ausgezeichnetem Zustand und verfügen über eine Handyhalterung, eine Pannenhilfe, Lichter und eine Pumpe.
