Das Loomis House ist eine gemütliche Loft-Hütte auf einem Privatgrundstück. Frei von den Ablenkungen der Außenwelt, aber mit allen Annehmlichkeiten des modernen Lebens. Die Deep Run Farm befindet sich in ruhiger Lage auf dem Gelände einer Farm aus der Kolonialzeit. Einige der ursprünglichen Gebäude auf dem Grundstück stammen aus dem 19. Jahrhundert. Diese perfekte rustikale Umgebung liegt bequem in der Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und großen Autobahnen (US 30 und Interstate 83). Komm, um abzuschalten und die Tierwelt zu genießen, oder einfach nur für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp an einem ruhigen Ort.

Dies ist mein zweites Inserat auf meinem Grundstück. Der Loft-Raum ist recht groß, 750 Quadratfuß, mit einem komplett offenen Grundriss. Das Anwesen wurde vor 100 Jahren erbaut... und wie man so schön sagt, so etwas wird einfach nicht mehr gebaut! Es ist hell und fröhlich bei Tag und privat bei Nacht. Der „Loft“-Raum hat eine flippige Stadtatmosphäre mit dem offenen Grundriss. CHARMANT!
