Adirondack getaway with private trails

My house is tucked in the woods. I'm the last house on my road that is a dead end. With very few neighbors it is a very private location in the heart of the Adirondack mountains. I'm only 20 min from lake placid and Keene and 10 min from whiteface mountain. I'm 10 min lake Everest and and the Ausable. 20 min from mirror lake. Right out the back door there is hiking , skiing, snow shoes trails. There are 2 peaks that can be reached out my front door, Clarke mtn and Hamlin mtn.

This cozy ski house is SHORT-TERM RENTAL PERMIT: STR-200396. It is across from the Lake Placid Olympic arena, Olympic skating oval, Lussi 1932 skating rink, and close to restaurants and dining. It is 200 yards from Mirror Lake and the start of the IRONMAN race The house is old and simple like your grandmother’s house with four small bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms (with the addition of a new half bathroom in January 2024). The access to Lake Placid is unparalleled.

Silver Bear Cabin, 15 minutes from Whiteface!

This cabin is in the heart of the high peaks, 15 minutes from Whiteface, and 15 minutes from Lake Placid. It is nestled on a hill right off the main road, overlooking the village of Keene! It is within walking distance from all of the shops in town. Although the driveway is plowed, it is steep, so in the winter you will need four wheel drive. The cabin is off Rt 73, but it is tucked away and very private! You don’t see any neighbors!
