Inside, enjoy our gourmet kitchen, shuffle board, foosball table, games and multiple decks to enjoy the view! Located on the 7MM just a few minutes by water to H Toads and Shady Gators. With space to sleep your entire family & friends, come relax with us!

Enjoy your getaway at this year-round lakefront condo located at Southwood Shores. This exceptionally clean one bedroom condo has one of the best main channel views from the resort. Conveniently located off HH and at mm12. It’s perfect for a romantic weekend, a girls trip, conference stay, golfers, and Calo parents. *Because this condo is not operated by a property management company, I will personally communicate with you and take pride in providing the best service possible during your stay.

Two amazing pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, walking trails nearby, fishing.

The Luxe Treetop Villa-Indoor Pool and Lake Views

Welcome to the Luxe Treetop Villa, a stunning, newly updated octagon-shaped retreat nestled among the trees. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sleeps 7 guests and offers floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light and panoramic views! Staying at the Treetop Village gives you access to three pools, including the indoor pool at the aquatic center. The village is in a PRIME location near the Lodge of Four Seasons, Bagnell Dam Strip, and tons of waterfront bars and restaurants!

Hickman cabin

Private cabin on beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. Relax, swim or fish from the dock, enjoy a cocktail and a gorgeous sunset! We now have 2 kayaks available for rent. 25/day per kayak. You can pay if/when you use them. Just please give us a heads up. Life jackets for your use on the dock. Please note we do not rent kayaks if water temp. is below 65F. Enjoy a retreat for two in Sunrise Beach with all the amenities you can imagine! The Powell Guesthouse Cottage is located in a private subdivision at the 8MM in Sunrise Beach, MO. The Guesthouse was the personal living space of the owners for 5 years, and they are now opening this space up for you to enjoy. Great views, privacy, hot tub, and lots of outdoor spaces as well as having access to the swim dock and the waterfront as well. Perfect for two!
