Offering private access to Lake Scugog with an oversized dock for you to take advantage of water activities, enjoy your morning coffee and watch some of the best sunsets on the lake. The cottage sits only 15 min. from the quaint town of Port Perry where you can go to enjoy its brewery, incredible cuisine, farmers markets, and picturesque Main Street.

Pretty Stoney Lake Cabin Suite -No Cleaning Fee

Guests have their own cozy studio apartment, which is private and located on the ground floor with their own entrance. It does Not include the entire cabin. Has a kitchenette with BBQ outside, not a full kitchen. Christine's Log Cabin is directly across from the Petroglyphs Provincial Park (May-Oct); however, you can hike all year long, even with the gates closed, and also down the road to Stoney Lake with full access to a public beach (May-Oct). Perfect getaway any time of the year.

The views are surreal! With over a 200 degree view, sitting on the couch seems like sitting over the top of the water. Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.

Fitzroy Lakehouse Waterfront Hot Tub

Fitzroy Lakehouse is a waterfront bungalow with year-round hot tub. Direct water access to Lake Ontario with private 200 foot rock beach (via seasonal stairs from Victoria Day to Thanksgiving). Water views from the main room and primary bedroom. Close to the county's best wineries and the town of Consecon. Work space (monitor + desk), fast Starlink internet, outdoor campfire (with wood), kids playstructure, Tesla charger & 65" satellite TV. Fully-licensed STA (ST-2021-077) .

Peaceful Getaway

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. WATERFRONT PROPERTY….Enjoy stunning sunsets from the basement walkout guest suite. Take in views from the living room, bedroom (queen bed), or large 34 foot long private patio! The backyard leads directly to the lake including a fire pit for your use. Please note that the natural slope of the yard (40 stairs) may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. While the suite doesn't feature a kitchen, Port Perry is only an 8 min drive and offers many culinary options.
