Open concept living space with fully furnished living room including 55” Samsung Smart TV, dining room open to kitchen with seating for 6 plus kitchen island seating for 2. All TV’s have Netflix & HBO. This unit is on the 2nd floor in a 2-family home with front door access leading you to the 2nd floor. You’ll have access to the entire 2nd floor of the unit, rear covered porch and spacious 2nd floor porch. The backyard space is shared with the main floor unit. The house is on the West Side, walking distance to the trendy restaurants, bars, shops, and cafes of Allentown and Elmwood Village. It's close to downtown, Key Bank Centre (Sabres), Sahlen Field (Bisons), Canalside, and the Peace Bridge to Canada. Our home is walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and craft cocktail bars. Uber/Lyft is also readily accessible and most convenient plus public transportation throughout the city. There is lots of street parking available on Pennsylvania, Fargo & West. The kitchen is fully loaded with all the necessary serving & cooking amenities. The bathroom is loaded with clean towels & toiletries. We're a 2 minute walk to popular hotspot Tipico Coffee shop with WiFi, 7 minute walk to Allen St; loaded with trendy restaurants and craft cocktail bars, 10 minute Uber to Key Bank Centre (716 & Buffalo Sabres), 5 minute drive to the Peace Bridge to Canada, 25 minute drive to Niagara Falls and a 45 minute drive to Niagara-on-the-Lake and the heart of Canada's wine country.

Upon arrival, rest assured that there will always be room for up to 3 cars in the driveway (along with free street parking). Living room with large Smart TV with cable and sofa bed with queen size pull out. Stairs lead to the private (with door) master bedroom loft. Comfy king size bed, 2 skylights and lots of books The house is on a friendly street in the town of Picton, Prince Edward County. It was purchased on a whim by a couple who fell in love with the area. Walk downtown to fine restaurants and shops. Sandbanks Provincial Park is a 15-minute drive away. Because the house is on the top 2 floors - it is important that you and your guests (including children) are OK with stairs. We do not have baby gates. Home access is keyless via smart lock.

Welcome to the Toronto Beach. We are right next to the lake and have a HEATED private pool and spa that are both open year round. Explore local shops on the high street and swim, kayak (provided), volleyball, basketball and tennis courts right beside us. In winter, an outdoor ice rink (skates provided), cross-country ski trails, and lots of walking to be had. We decorate for the holidays, and the house has a real wood burning fireplace. **note quiet hours are 11:00 pm to 7:00AM
