The downstairs apartment is available for AirBnB guests. Our home is on the lake in the Foothills of NC with water sports in our back yard. Great atmosphere, views, lake, and R&R. The apartment includes one bedroom (1 king size bed, 1 queen foam mattress), a living room, an entertainment area with pool table and darts. It also has a full private bath. The apartment steps out onto a private lower deck overlooking the lake. Our place is good for couples, adventurers, business people, and families.

The interior decor is industrial chic, like a New York City Loft. There are amazing views of the lake from the master bedroom, patio and just about everywhere else. Large dock, bring your boat, there is space to park your boat trailer. Swim, fish, kayak, make smore's in the fire-pit.

The Lakefront Cottage is beautiful, private and has amazing sunsets every night! The cottage has three bedrooms (primary on main, two bedrooms upstairs which one of those has custom double queen bunk beds with two twins above them). This is our primary residence. So, there will be pictures on the wall of our family, stuff in the closets, etc.
