The cabin will sleep 4 adults or 2 adults and 3-4 children. The top loft bunk might be a bit claustrophobic for an adult. The cottage is located near the old Buffalo Creek Marina and Restaurant now called Martin’s Landing. It's just minutes away from Newberry and Chapin, about 10 minutes from Dreher Island State Park, and less than 5 minutes to the public boat launch. There is one queen bed and two twin beds with trundles.
