With easy freeway acess it is only 10 minutes to the Chain of Lakes, Downtown, the Minneapolis Convention Center, Uptown, the U of M, US Bank Stadium, Target Field, MSP Airport and the Mall of America. 20 minutes to Xcel Energy Center and downtown Saint Paul. Plenty of free, off-street parking. Bottled water always available in the fridge!

Just blocks from the Blue Line Metro, it has all of the downtown/airport accessibility and easy transfers to the Green Line Metro to St. Paul and the University of Minnesota. This studio has its own loft, two queen beds, a full bath, and kitchen with stove/oven, fridge, sink, microwave, an air purifier, high-speed wireless internet and ample work space.

WINTER, We have a circular driveway and a flat driveway. I do my own snow plowing. This is a lovely 640 square foot, mother in law apt on a 5 acres estate, It's very private, quiet and safe with a private entrance. The traffic is light and contact with people is non-existent. Four rooms with a Queen bedroom, A full size pull out sofa in the sitting room, a kitchenette with laundry facilities and a full bath with shower. We are 20 min from downtown Mpls. Off street parking.
