A deck for entertaining. 1 car garage along with easy parking, wifi with two TVs on main level w/ bluetooth stereo.

Walk to Lake Temescal and Montclair Village. Easy, quick access to Hwys 13 and 24. Short drive to UC Berkeley, Mills College and California College of the Arts, the Berkeley Gourmet Ghetto, and Oaklands many fine restaurants. Some small dogs accepted, no large dogs, and no cats due to allergies.

We also wash all linens in hot water.
