Modern, spacious home with room for a family or a group, in a quiet, nice neighborhood. Plenty of parking, 2 full bathrooms, a large backyard, pet friendly. No extra charge for pets, children or extra guests. No chores or extra tasks, just lock up and we'll take care of the rest. Gigabit internet, superfast internet. Driveway is 42 ft X 15 ft, large. Absolutely no parties of any kind, any size or any description. If there is evidence of a party we will add on a $150 extra cleaning fee.

The Barn

Minutes from the interstate, The Barn is tucked away from life's hectic pace and is a great place to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. This new addition combines modern amenities and rustic charm. As you pull on to our road The Barn is to the left of our home. Feel free to roam around where we raise rabbits, ducks, and chickens. We often see deer wandering behind the pond. Relax in the cozy indoors, soak up fresh air on the porch, or build a fire in the firepit. Come, be our guest!

Cute Studio Apartment in BR

This is a guest suite attached to our home. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood. It’s only a 10 min walk to Baton Rouge Main Public Library and Botanical Gardens. This space is perfect for a maximum of 4 people as it is furnished with a queen size bed and a sofa bed. This Airbnb has a full size refrigerator, a kitchenette that has a microwave, an air fryer, crockpot, coffee maker (NOT keurig), toaster and waffle maker, blender and rice cooker. Parking is available on driveway.

This is a perfect spot if you want to have a quiet and relaxing time away. The location is perfectly situated a little over an hour from both Baton Rouge and New Orleans. While getting there, you will drive down a 2 mile road that's peacefully lined with trees and swamp before it meets the pavement to the neighborhood. Once you enter the neighborhood, you will instantly feel at ease and in vacation mode. When you walk upstairs, you will be greeted by the Amite River and serene trees.

The Colonel’s Inn

Built in 1929, this old cozy country home was built with a country store. In the 50’s they were joined. A big room was added to the store portion, and is now a very unique meeting hall that features live music on occasion. Not part of the inn rental, but this space can be rented as well. (Pricing varies for these spaces) Gorgeous back porch with lots of plants. 60 miles to New Orleans, 15 miles to Baton Rouge. 2 miles to 1-10. Walmart 5 miles. Convenience store 500 feet.

The Yellow Cottage on the River (w/ Dock Access!)

Our quaint yellow cottage sits on a quiet street where you have plenty of space to hear the cicadas and breathe in the Louisiana air. We're situated directly on the Amite River and this cottage is perfect for anyone who loves to fish! We provide a place to dock your boat, and can even recommend the best routes along the river that we often take ourselves. Please note that we do not allow pets at the cottage so get your fur babies a sitter and come on down.

The Blue Heron Guest House-6 acres on the bayou.

Take it easy at this unique getaway. Located on Bayou Manchac on a gated 6 acre estate. The Blue Heron Guest House is a great place to just get away, enjoy nature, canoe (provided), fish the pond or the bayou, birdwatching (lots of birds), etc. The property does have a boat slip and a small boat launch for those who want to explore the area by boat. Bayou Manchac connects to the Amite River nearby. We can’t wait to share our paradise with you!
