Sie befindet sich in Manoy Creek am Lake Martin und ist weniger als 250 Schritte vom Wasser entfernt, das über einen bewaldeten Weg erreichbar ist. Sie bietet im Sommer Zugang zum See und im Winter Zugang zum Bach mit einem gemeinsamen Dockbereich. Entspanne dich auf der überdachten Veranda und der Feuerstelle oder fische am Ufer des Baches oder genieße einen Tag voller Abenteuer auf einem Kajak oder Boot, das am gemeinsamen Dock aufbewahrt werden kann. Erlebe in dieser besonderen und familienfreundlichen Unterkunft besondere Momente. Miete das einzige Haus am Lake Martin, das eine private Insel umfasst! Eine 170' lange Fußgängerbrücke aus Stahl und Beton führt dich vom Hauptgrundstück zur Privatinsel. Die Insel verfügt über einen eigenen Anlegesteg, ein schwimmendes Dock, eine Treppe für den Wasserzugang und ein Bootshaus mit Kühlschrank. Die gesamte Unterkunft wurde im Frühjahr 2023 komplett renoviert. Alles von den Geräten bis zu den Lichtschaltern ist neu in diesem Haus, von oben nach unten, von der Decke bis zum Boden.

Welcome to our charming tiny home community nestled near the picturesque Lake Martin in Alabama! This cozy retreat boasts approximately 5 tiny homes, with 500 square feet each of comfortable living space. Each tiny home accommodates up to four people for a memorable getaway and 1/2 a mile from the Wind Creek State Park entrance. Our amenities include a pool, fire pit and pond stocked with catfish guests can use. Pets are welcome, however, there is a $100 Pet Fee that must be paid.
