Meraviglioso rustico duplex, incastonato nel nucleo di Avegno, offre pace e silenzio. All'interno c'è un piccolo angolo salotto pranzo con camino e pigna e una cucina nuova; salendo le scale si accede alle due camere, una matrimoniale da mille e una notte e una trasformabile da letto singolo a letto matrimoniale ed un comodo bagno von vasca. All'esterno vi sono molti spazi per leggere o mangiare, una stupenda terrazza con chaise longue, un patio con tavolo e sedie ed un giardinetto con poltrone.

Built from scratch just 25 years ago repurposing original stone from a Roman-era building, it combines modern comfort with a rural soul. Enjoy exposed beam tall ceilings, stone floors, lovely outdoor space, uninterrupted lake views—especially the stars—and a perfect base for hiking, boating, relaxing, sunbathing, and savoring local cuisine.

Splendido chalet appartato in un angolo nascosto del Piemonte, al confine con la Svizzera situato a 1300 mls. Lo chalet è all'interno di in un’oasi verde di prato, pascolo e orti, circondata da una fitta foresta di pini secolari. Ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, il contatto con se stesso e la natura. La vista sui 4000 svizzeri è mozzafiato! Durante la stagione invernale, in caso di nevicate, bisognerà parcheggiare a circa 500 mt dallo chalet, vi aiuteremo volentieri con i vostri bagagli!

"La casetta nel bosco" è un ambiente immerso nel verde dei castagni e dei tigli, per "ascoltare la natura che parla" ma anche la musica (casse acustiche in ogni piano, anche all'aperto) e lasciarsi cullare da momenti di vita lenta, semplice, autentica. Si trova in un piccolo villaggio alpino da cui si parte per raggiungere altri villaggi e località, a piedi e in auto. Il giardino a uso esclusivo con area pranzo, barbecue, piscina, ombrelloni e sdraio è molto amato. E' presente Wi-Fi.

Little Gem Holiday House

Little Gem ist eine schöne Hütte in der kleinen Stadt Piazzaga, die zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Das Auto kann im Dorf Torno durch einen Panoramaweg von etwa 30 bis 40 Minuten abgestellt werden. Der Transport von Jeep-Gepäck ist im Preis inbegriffen und wird für maximal zwei Personen angeboten. Little Gem genießt einen schönen Blick auf den Comer See und ist in die Ruhe der Natur eingetaucht. Ideal für Trekking, Entspannung, Momente unter dem Sternenhimmel für Freunde und Familien.
