This 60's A-Frame Cabin is up one flight of stairs from the driveway and has one enclosed bedroom and a loft with amazing wildlife views, and AC/heat! Relax in this expansive property as you lay on the hammock gazing up at sky, BBQ on the deck, play cards by the fire to reconnect. You're minutes away from food, fun, and endless activities at Lake Arrowhead!!

The living room has a wood burning fire place, 4K TV, Record & Bluetooth player, Apple TV, Acoustic Guitar, Blankets and Board Games. Other Amenities include Central Heat, W/D, parking, Hot Tub, outdoor gas fire pits, gas grill and outdoor seating

This private retreat is a perfect place to unpack, unwind & refresh or as a base camp for the many amenities that the local mountains have to offer such as skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and more. Seemingly remote, we are 15 minutes to Blue Jay and 20 minutes to Lake Arrowhead Village (weather permitting).
