Built in 1913, our home was once owned by the UW Dean, whose efforts established the Washington Park Arboretum.

Located in a safe, quiet, and green neighborhood, but you are not far from the heart of Seattle.

We are a short drive away from downtown Seattle, Microsoft, Medical care and St. Edwards Park. We are both smoke free and pet free home.
