Close to town but tucked away on a quiet unpaved road with views of Radrick Golf Course and near Matthaei Botanical Gardens and Parker Mill Park. Enjoy a slice of the country just a short drive from town.

Don's Den AKA -Country Cottage Apartment

This is a 4 bedroom apartment located on beautiful Put In Bay Ohio. This Barn was built by a true islander who knew what this island needed for its guest. We have plenty of parking for boats or trailers when needed. We are located just a few blocks from golf cart rentals, miller ferry as well as the state park. Owner is located close by should you need anything during your stay. If you lucky you my even get to see Don in his downstairs garage working on one of his many island treasures.

There are also plenty of restaurants, golf courses, antique shops, cider mills, and grocery stores all within a short drive.

The stable rooms are individual (double occupancy) rooms with private baths. Built in 1880 the stables fronted with an open courtyard is where guests once mounted their horses to enter the marshy Lake Erie countryside hunting for ducks & pheasant. The dutch doors of the stable rooms are still in place to allow you to enjoy the country air! Enjoy the Lodge kitchen (coffee maker, fridge, microwave), sitting room (tvs), and vintage bikes to cruise around the property at your leisure.
