Parkgate Farm Holidays is a peaceful farmstead site with a few sheep and friendly donkeys at the foot of the Eskdale and Wasdale valleys in Cumbria's Western Lakeland. You've got easy access to the fells directly from the property, and there are also several good west-coast beaches within ten minutes' drive. There's a heritage steam railway line that runs near the farm, and there are several popular visitor attractions within easy reach such as Muncaster Castle, Beacon Museum and The Rum Story.

Catbells is a lovely, modern, detached bungalow in a quiet area in St Bees with a garage, a glass walled terrace overlooking the golf course, sea & village and use of a large games room with table tennis & darts. It has a suntrap back garden and is only 10 minutes walk to the beach. It's ideal for a relaxing holiday. SHEENFELL- AMBLESIDE HIDDEN GEM

Our lovely property is a dormer bungalow, which sleeps 8 guests. It is located in Ambleside, backs onto Stockghyll Falls and is a stone's throw from the bustling town centre. With lots of classic Lakeland walks on offer from the front door, this easy-living family home is a proven haven. We’re taking extra steps to sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations after the coronavirus. Ample precautionary signs are in place on the stairs leading to the loft conversion bedroom upstairs.

Forge Cottage

We have recently updated this cottage ---- with a new kitchen with a proper hob and oven, and also replaced all the windows and even the front door ! The Forge cottage is set on our working sheep farm, on the Durham Northumberland border. Ideal for couples, or people traveling on their own, the cottage is a great location for local attractions such as Beamish Museum, Durham, Newcastle, Kilhope lead mining museum etc., but it's also great for those looking for peace and quiet and country walks !!

A traditional sandstone barn conversion, with a sheltered garden in the beautiful village of Temple Sowerby. Located in the Eden Valley you will be well placed for trips to the Lakes or the Dales. In the village there is a local pub offering 'Day Fishing Licences' on the local river, a church and 'The House at Temple Sowerby' if you prefer some 'Fine Dining'. A short beautiful walk will bring you to 'Acorn Bank' National Trust House, with spectacular walks along the river and a tea room.

An ideal base for exploring the Western Lake District and Cumbrian Coast. It is surrounded by scenic walks and activities. It is close to St Bees coast to coast walk too. The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

This beautifully presented modern, airy two bedroom bungalow sleeps up to four and one dog and is located at the foot of Blencathra mountain range in the traditional lakeland village of Threlkeld near Keswick. Due to the unique location of Sunnyside guests can enjoy the spectacular views of St John's in the Vale and mountain ranges such as Hellwelyn from the living room and patio. Sunnyside has a fully equipped diner kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 twin room and 1 king) off road parking.
