Tomacara, a 1947 rustic craftsman Shangri-La with knotty pine interiors, vaulted great room overlooking a private no-wake lake next to Manistee Forest. This peaceful setting is designed for quiet enjoyment we kindly ask that guests are 25+ (ID required) and respect the original woodwork and antiques. Pool use is at your own risk with no diving or unsupervised minors. As sound echoes on the water, please move spirited gatherings indoors by 11 PM and always keep the private easement road clear.

Welcome to Big Bass Lake where you can relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. You will be right on Big Bass Lake along with is called the narrows to the locals with a view of two islands. You also have a beautiful lake view from the living room, dining room, kitchen, upstairs bedroom stair landing, garage, deck, and a brand-new dock. There is a small fire pit that may be used, be mindful as things get hot! Go swimming or read a book or fish, whatever “floats your boat”.

Pine Woods Retreat is tucked away on 2 acres of woods in Irons, this private retreat is made for unwinding. Enjoy the hot tub with lake views or smores over the outdoor fire pit. We are a dog friendly property. We are minutes from the Pine River, ORV trails, Tippy Dam, and Manistee National Forest. Due to unprecedented rain/flooding in the area this spring, the dock is unusable for the foreseeable future. *There is a small a/c unit in the living room. Portable fans are available as well.*
