Situated across the street from the lake, east and south facing windows have views of Clear Lake and Mt. Konocti. Situated on 3.5 acres, there is plenty of privacy and parking for boats and RV’s. Close by downtown Lakeport (4 miles) offers numerous dining and shopping opportunities as well as public boat launch facilities.

Great space at a convenient location - Great for exploring vineyards, olive mill or hot springs. Enjoy boating, golfing, hiking and fishing. Only 10 minutes from the wineries. 30 minutes from Harbin Hot Spring. 20 minutes from Clear Lake State Park. This is an in-law unit and separated from the house by a garage. Mini fridge, microwave, water kettle and toaster are available in the unit. Parking on the driveway. Please note that the driveway is on a steep hill.

Riviera Retreat

Riviera Retreat has been remodeled and upgraded. It is very clean and comfortable. We live in the same neighborhood so I can verify it is very safe and friendly. We do have fast WiFi and access to apps such as Netflix all you do is sign into to your account. There is plenty of parking including boat parking. We are a small rural community. Riviera Retreat does have a lot of stairs to get up to it so anyone with walking disabilities will have a hard time.

The Sun Room is within walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, tasting rooms, a brewery, and a short drive to parks, mountain trails and Clear Lake. A bright contemporary fully furnished suite outfitted with arm less sofa and a Sealy queen mattress made with 300 thread count sheets topped with a Belgian Flax Linen quilt. We charge a $50 Pet Fee for each pet (max. 2 pets with combined weight of less than 50lbs). Payment envelope provided in the suite.
